Our Commitment to You

Portfolio’s goal is to provide top notch Marketing and Event Planning. Portfolio is an opportunity for our clients to leverage out Marketing services and observe profitability, consistency, and client connection. Portfolio’s goal is to create a community oriented program by using small and/or local businesses. Portfolio is committed to creating content to engage interest and stay top of mind. Excellent quality designs and prints are created and outsourced by Portfolio. Portfolio will take the time to meet about any custom project and will provide reasonable and efficient solutions to market your business. Portfolio will immerse ourselves in your culture and therefore will highlight the business models that you have already implemented. Portfolio will function at the highest level to ensure that all agents have the opportunity for regularity and distinction. Clients will be entitled to invoices before all monthly office bills. Portfolio will not move forward on any customized work without the client's approval of the design and the estimate.

Requirments

  1. Facebook and Instagram username and password.

  2. Command username and password.

  3. Email login and assistance in verification for email signatures or setting changes.

  4. Provide business cards for personalized Pop bys.

  5. Complete Portfolio’s Design and Print Questionnaire for custom orders. 

  6. If in tiered programs, enroll for 90 day intervals.

  7. Consistent communication via text or email.

Disclaimer

Portfolio owns all art and templates created for the purpose of Portfolio. A client can buy Portfolio's customized art, for a one time fee. This fee will be determined by Portfolio and agreed upon by both parties. Any customizations will include 2 designs and 2 revisions once a design is chosen. Portfolio may use any content from social media, pop by’s, custom work, events, etc to use in advertising. Portfolio can decline any client entering the program and can decline any project with proper notice. Portfolio will need written or email consent from the photographer to showcase an agent's listing for Real Estate Marketing. Portfolio’s monthly subscription does not include a Facebook ad amount, this can be subtracted from the monthly subscription during the intake. Portfolio will not provide marketing materials that affiliate with Politics, Religion, Marriage, or anything that can violate Fair Housing Laws. Agents will be charged monthly on their office bill for their subscription or custom orders. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Portfolio may change the Pop by schedule at any time. Clients will have proper notice if there are any changes made to their subscription. Portfolio reserves the right to charge a RUSH fee for orders needed under 48 hours, or if needed before the due date that was given.
